We do not run any credit cards on file unless a client no shows an appointment or does not give a 24 hour cancellation notice. We do have a cancellation policy of a $125 fee for all no show appointments or appointments that do not give a 24 hour notice. You can use your card on file at your appointment if you choose to at the end of your service.
Why do you take my card on file?
No we have a wide variety in stock of hair extensions available to all of our clients. Some specialty colors or lengths will need to be special ordered.
Do you have to order my hair to be delivered to your salon?
Unfortunately we do not install hair extensions that do not come from our salon. We cannot guarantee your install when the hair does not come from our salon. The hair can mat and cause a lot of install issues when we do not know the hair or where it came from. If your hair is already installed and you're wanting a tightening we can provide this with hair that has already been installed and in the hair for at least 6 weeks.
Can I bring in my own hair extensions to be installed at your salon?
That's easy for us to find out with a quick in person or virtual consultation done with one of our extensions specialists. Our specialists will let you know if you're a candidate along with which extension method would be best for you and your hair type.

How do I know which extension method to book for?

No, we do have to have a valid card on file for all clients to book however. The only time we take a deposit is for special color orders or special hair extension length orders.
Do I need to put a deposit down at my consultation for my next appointment?
Yes all of our color services come with a blowout/style.
Do all of your color services come with a blowout?
No. A thorough consultation will be given before the start of every service.
Do I need a consultation prior to my color appointment?

Join our online or in-person education program! We have created three methods all in one certification program. We believe that knowledge is power and knowing more than one method is going to best befit you as the stylist as well as your client. In our opinion we do not believe hair extension methods are a one size fits all. We believe that being able to offer the right method to your client is what is going to take you as a stylist to the next level.
